Founders who pitch
You know the business cold. Then the room goes quiet and you speed up. We fix the pace, not the content.
Coaching for founders, leaders and anyone whose voice shrinks when it counts. Slow down, breathe and say the thing, in the room that matters.
01Who it’s for
You know the business cold. Then the room goes quiet and you speed up. We fix the pace, not the content.
You got promoted for doing great work. Now the work is talking about it, to people who outrank you.
Interviews, panels, the weekly all-hands. If your voice shrinks when it counts, this is for you.
02Programs
$180
60 min · video call
One focused hour on the talk, pitch or call in front of you.
$640
4 weekly sessions
Four weeks to steady your voice, slow your pace and stop apologizing for taking up room.
$1,200
3 sessions + dress rehearsal
For a big room. We shape the story, then rehearse it until it feels like yours.
03Approach
No scripts and no power poses. We work on breath, pace and structure, using the material you actually have to deliver.
A short intake and a first session where I mostly listen: how you breathe, where you rush, what you skip.
Two or three changes at a time, practiced on real material. Your pitch, your talk, your Monday meeting.
We run it on camera until it feels like yours. You leave with the recording and notes you will actually reread.
04Stories
I used to race through my pitch like it was a fire drill. Now I pause, and investors lean in during the pause.
Three sessions before my first all-hands as a director. People kept asking who coached me.
The breathing work alone was worth it. I stopped losing my voice halfway through long workshops.
05Your coach
I spent ten years as a theater voice coach before I noticed my most nervous students weren’t actors. They were the people with a board meeting on Thursday. Northlight is the studio I built for them: practical, kind and very honest about your pace.
06Book
Pick a session, choose a time and answer three quick questions. It takes about a minute.
07FAQ
All sessions are on video, so you can practice where you will actually be speaking. Keynote Prep can include an in-person dress rehearsal for local clients.
Most clients aren't. This is coaching for people with something real to say: a pitch, a talk, a hard conversation. No acting exercises unless you want them.
You get a confirmation and a calendar invite right away. Two days before, I read your intake answers so we can skip the small talk and start on what matters.
